Role Overview

The Finance Analyst will support financial operations for the US and LATAM, driving initiatives that enhance processes and systems. The role involves client payment clearing, accounts receivable, reimbursements, and bank reconciliations. The Finance Analyst will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.

The Finance Analyst will be responsible for client payment clearing, accounts receivable, reimbursements, and bank reconciliations. They will also prepare ad-hoc analysis, business performance reviews, and translate raw data into concrete finance recommendations.

Requirements

• Advanced English (C1/C2)
• 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related quantitative field
• Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven proactive ownership
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
