The Senior Manager- Communications Specialist role is responsible for driving strategic, integrated internal communications for the Global Engineering & Technology Center (GETC). The role serves as the primary communications focal for GETC leadership, enabling clear, engaging, and consistent communication that strengthens leadership visibility, employee engagement, and a unified culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
- 12+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or executive communications
- Experience supporting senior leaders and large, matrixed organizations
- Strong writing, storytelling, and content development skills
- Experience with digital communication platforms, newsletters, intranet, and analytics
- Strategic thinking and planning
- Executive presence and stakeholder management
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Project management and execution rigor
- Data-driven decision making
