Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing water damage restoration team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer relationship management, and business development, with a passion for helping customers during challenging situations.

What You Will Do

The Sales Manager will lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve revenue and growth targets, develop and implement sales strategies, and build and maintain strong relationships with customers and referral partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales or sales management experience; restoration, construction, insurance, or home-services experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to recruit, train, motivate, and hold a sales team accountable
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, emergency-service environment
• Strong customer-service mindset and professional presentation
• Ability to develop referral relationships and generate new business
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Knowledge of water damage restoration, insurance claims, or property damage services is a plus
