Financial Operations Manager

Role Overview

The Financial Operations Manager is a hands-on execution role that carries out the Finance technology roadmap and process improvement priorities set by the Director, Finance Operations. This role is a day-to-day point of contact for Finance system implementation execution, escalated support, master data governance, working directly with IT, and Finance business owners to turn approved priorities into working solutions.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include serving as the escalation point for Finance system support and troubleshooting, supporting execution of Finance system implementations and enhancements, partnering with IT teams to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, and maintaining the integrity of interfaces between SAP and key business systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong execution orientation, a solid understanding of core Finance/accounting processes, and excellent communication skills. Experience with master data management, data quality processes, or data governance execution is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field
• 4–7 years of experience in Finance operations, Finance systems administration, or a business process/systems analyst role
• Experience supporting ERP or Finance system implementations (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Workday) strongly preferred
• Experience with master data management, data quality processes, or data governance execution a plus
