Ryder is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new enterprise growth within its Fleet Management Solutions division. The role involves developing and executing a structured territory growth strategy, building and advancing a qualified enterprise pipeline, and representing Ryder’s full suite of Fleet Management Solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of consistent success in B2B or enterprise sales
  • Proven track record of quota attainment and revenue generation
  • Strong experience in consultative, solution-based selling environments
  • Ability to understand financial drivers, ROI, and operational metrics
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills
