Aven Hospitality is seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer to partner with Sales and Account Management teams to sell to new customers and create high-quality engagement opportunities for prospective and existing customers. The successful candidate will combine deep technical aptitude with strong business acumen to deliver on customer business requirements and drive revenue, shorten product time to market, and reduce cost.
Requirements
- Experience working with Sales/Account Management teams to build a competitive solution and value proposition
- Exceptional communications (written, verbal, presentation) and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding project/program management skills
- Ability to influence technical and business stakeholders through credibility, clarity, and trust
- Deep knowledgeable of the hospitality distribution landscape and the Aven product portfolio
- Ability to collaborate across global, cross-functional teams to represent the customer voice with Product and Engineering
