Role Overview
The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, execution, and reporting of integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal priorities, and go-to-market initiatives. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, follow-through, curiosity, and a service-oriented approach to supporting cross-functional execution.
What You Will Do
The Coordinator will support integrated campaigns, product launches, seasonal priorities, and go-to-market initiatives from planning through execution. They will maintain project plans, calendars, launch trackers, milestones, owners, due dates, approvals, and dependencies.

The Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, communicating project updates, and coordinating creative requests, content inputs, and asset needs.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, communications, retail, consumer goods, wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or a related business environment
- Experience supporting campaigns, launches, creative workflows, marketing operations, reporting, or cross-functional projects preferred
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing timelines, trackers, documentation, action logs, and multiple deliverables
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams and coordinating inputs, feedback, approvals, and follow-ups from multiple stakeholders
- Basic understanding of marketing channels, campaign execution, customer communications, brand consistency, and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint
