Role Overview

Responsible for the Salvation Army Kroc Center’s marketing and communications strategies, as well as overall branding and image. Prepares annual marketing plans, creates a calendar of campaigns, sets the marketing budget, provides quarterly analytics to the Center Director, and analyzes the market and competitors.

What You Will Do

Translate the Salvation Army Ray & Joan Kroc Corps Community Center’s short- and long-term goals into actionable marketing activities, create a vision for the RJKCCC yearly marketing and partnership strategy, manage a team of creatives, and plan, develop, and implement a marketing plan for each program at RJKCCC.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
  • 10+ years’ experience in marketing and running a marketing team
  • At least 5 years of experience in strategic sales or business development
  • Proven marketing campaign experience
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage budgets
  • Proven ability to find strategic partnerships that have led to increased revenue
