Senior Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst drives organizational strategy by producing monthly financial reports, budget variance analyses, and multi-scenario revenue forecasts. The position focuses on analyzing complex financial data, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and building dynamic financial models to evaluate key performance indicators.

What You Will Do

Generate monthly financial, budget variance, and quarterly reports, analyze trends in revenue, expenses, capital expenditures, and key performance indicators, develop financial models and multi-scenario revenue forecasts to support strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
• At least 3 years of financial analyst experience, preferably in the non-profit or government sector
• Strong knowledge of general ledgers and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Ability to build strong working relationships and translate complex financial concepts for non-financial audiences
