Marketing Automation Specialist

Role Overview

As a Marketing Automation Specialist at SAS, you will independently own and evolve automated customer journeys and omnichannel communication flows, driving sales, loyalty, and customer experience through data-driven, personalized engagement and marketing automation.

What You Will Do

Design, build, and continuously optimize automated customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, execute calendar-based emails, SMS, and push communication, and collaborate with CRM Specialists to ensure relevant and personalized content.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience within marketing automation or CRM, including building, managing, and optimizing customer journeys end-to-end.
• Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong understanding of segmentation, customer journeys, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience with A/B testing, campaign performance analysis, and continuous optimization.
• Familiarity with AI-powered workflows and automation tools used to improve efficiency, testing, and campaign execution.
