Inside Sales Associate

Role Overview

The Sales Associate will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers, assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, and recommending additional and complimentary products.

What You Will Do

Build relationships, inspire loyalty, recommend products, inform customers of promotions, set up displays, complete transactions, maintain a professional store environment, and communicate inventory issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
