Inside Sales Associate

Role Overview

The Sales Associate will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers by assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. They will build relationships, recommend products, and inform customers of promotions and events.

What You Will Do

Complete transactions accurately, maintain a professional store environment, and communicate inventory issues. Demonstrate Cosmoprof Culture Values and work a range of schedules to suit everyone’s needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned
