Role Overview

As a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor, you will create a memorable shopping experience for customers by assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. You will build relationships, recommend products, and inform customers of promotions. You will also maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.

What You Will Do

Complete transactions accurately, set up advertising displays, arrange merchandise, and ensure customers are enrolled in the Loyalty program. You will also demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values and maintain a professional store environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned
