Role Overview

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will create a memorable shopping experience for customers by assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. They will build relationships, recommend products, and maintain a professional store environment.

What You Will Do

Complete transactions, set up advertising displays, arrange merchandise, and inform customers of promotions and events. Ensure customers are enrolled in the Loyalty program and maintain a professional store environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1 + years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
