Role Overview

As a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor at Sally Beauty, you will create a memorable shopping experience for customers by assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. You will build relationships, recommend products, and maintain a professional store environment.

What You Will Do

Complete transactions accurately, set up advertising displays, arrange merchandise, and inform customers of promotions and events. You will also maintain inventory and communicate with customers, co-workers, and management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely
• Ability to execute product knowledge training
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned
