Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative at Sally Beauty, you will create a memorable shopping experience for customers by recommending products, informing them of promotions, and setting up advertising displays. You will also be responsible for maintaining a professional store environment and communicating inventory issues. Sally Beauty will provide you with knowledge and training, and you will bring your passion and personality to the role.

Your main responsibilities will include building relationships with customers, recommending products, informing customers of promotions, and setting up advertising displays. You will also be responsible for completing transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a professional store environment, and communicating inventory issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
