Role Overview

As a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor, you will create a memorable shopping experience for customers, assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, and provide product recommendations. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, building relationships and inspiring loyalty.

You will recommend products, inform customers of promotions, set up displays, complete transactions, and maintain a professional store environment. You will also receive product knowledge training and have opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned
