Senior Data Scientist

Senior Data Scientist – TRATON Financial Services: Design, develop, and deploy predictive, prescriptive and generative AI models to solve complex business problems. Lead the exploration and implementation of LLM-based solutions, such as GenAI assistants, document intelligence systems and agentic AI workflows. Ensure responsible AI practices, with focus on accuracy, explainability and fairness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working as a Data Scientist
• MSc (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field
• Highly proficient in Python and SQL, and experienced with modern machine learning frameworks
• Hands-on experience working with Generative AI and LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Bedrock, Claude, Gemini or open-source models)
• Experience or strong understanding of Agentic AI and building autonomous or semi-autonomous AI systems
• Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD pipelines and deploying models in cloud environments
• Solid foundation in data engineering concepts, feature engineering and model lifecycle management
