Role Overview
Schneider is seeking an Account Manager in Cincinnati to oversee the entire logistics operations for one of our customers. The Account Manager will work with internal and external teams to solve problems and identify improvement opportunities for the customer.
What You Will Do
Analyze and improve systems and procedures to resolve customer and carrier issues. Develop a thorough understanding of the customer’s supply chain to identify and execute improvement opportunities. Promote capabilities to sell additional services to the customer and grow their account.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in transportation, logistics or a related field
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience
