The Digital Sales Growth Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing digital sales campaigns and ‘growth loops’ that drive the customer lifecycle (acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention).
What You Will Do
Design and launch ‘loops’ (acquisition or engagement) focused on customer lifecycle stages. Optimize ‘growth loop’ performance using metrics such as CPA, LTV, engagement, and retention. Implement and improve journeys adapted to product type and user segment.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analysis, or related fields.
- Highly valued experience in financial institutions.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital growth, performance marketing, or product-based growth.
- Solid understanding of ‘growth loops,’ customer journeys, campaigns, and digital funnel optimization.
- Experience in A/B testing, cohort analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics).
- Familiarity with marketing automation and customer engagement platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Spanish and ability to use English in experiment documentation and collaboration.
