Lead, Sales Technology

Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead for Sales, Retail & Order-to-Delivery Systems to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of technology platforms that support Scout Motors’ commercial transaction, sales planning, retail operations, and order-to-delivery capabilities.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Sales, Retail, and Order-to-Delivery systems supporting order management, retail operations, sales planning, transportation, delivery, and commercial transaction workflows.

Requirements

• Proven track record delivering business-critical IT systems in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Strong understanding of sales operations, retail operations, order management, logistics, S&OP, or commercial transaction systems.
• Experience supporting or implementing systems such as OMS, CRM, ERP, TMS, retail operations tools, planning systems, or customer transaction platforms.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system capabilities, data flows, integration needs, delivery plans, and support models.
• Experience working across commercial business teams, Digital Product, enterprise architecture, data, integration, security, and operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex cross-functional processes into clear system decisions.
• Ability to manage vendor evaluations, RFI/RFP activities, solution design, implementation planning, and delivery execution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with senior business and IT leaders.
