The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of healthcare services, operations, and evolving business models, as well as experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and leadership development.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of healthcare services, operations, and evolving business models
  • Demonstrated experience in mergers and acquisitions, including valuation, deal structuring, and negotiation
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset
  • Exceptional quantitative, financial, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proven ability to identify issues quickly and recommend effective solutions
  • Self-starter who can streamline executive decision-making and manage multiple priorities efficiently
