Role Overview
The Key Account Manager will build mutually beneficial relationships with Strategic Customers to deliver profitable growth, for both the Customer and Sea to Summit Distribution business. The goal is to be a major contributor in sustaining and growing Sea to Summit Distributed Brands across your Key Account group to achieve long-term success.
What You Will Do
Achieve/exceed annual sales/profit objectives through effective management and development of assigned accounts/programs, develop and execute customer specific promotional plans, and develop and maintain relationships/partnerships with retailers and major stakeholders.

Requirements
- University degree in Business or closely related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in the field, combined with relevant degree; or 8+ years experience in the field
- Persuasive, and ability to negotiate when required
- Analytical skills
- Advanced English communication skills
