Role Overview
The Data Analyst Manager will manage a staff of data analysts, develop complex reports, and analyze company data. They will serve as a technical resource for company staff and provide training and data analysis education.

Develop comprehensive reports, create complex data reports, and provide analysis for forecasting and benchmarking. Manage a staff of data analysts, provide technical oversight, and provide training and data analysis education.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with major in Business Administration, Statistics, or Quantitative Analysis
- Eight (8) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Four (4) years business experience in an insurance-related field
- Four (4) years statistical analysis experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
