Business Development Manager

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive our marketing campaigns, oversee the client database, and maintain an active presence at local and regional associations and trade show events. The position is responsible for growing business profit and revenue while developing long-standing business relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five (5) years of direct sales experience
• At least one (1) year of management experience
• Proven ability to build and lead a successful team
• Strong leadership, organizational, and relationship-building skills
