Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Marketing Associate, Banking & Lending to bring go-to-market plans to life across Sezzle’s growing set of financial products, both live and upcoming. The role is well-suited for someone who loves getting things built and out the door, is energized by data, and wants to learn how product marketing strategy is made by working right next to it.

What You Will Do

The Product Marketing Associate will be responsible for testing and optimization, research and insights, go-to-market execution, and cross-functional collaboration and documentation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, Lifecycle Marketing, Consumer Research, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills: comfortable working with funnel data, behavioral data, and survey results, and using AI to evaluate them
• Highly organized and execution-minded, with a track record of getting work shipped on time across multiple stakeholders
• Clear, concise written communicator in English, able to turn complex results into a sharp readout
• Curious about AI tools and eager to use them to work smarter
