Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development cum Key Account Manager to lead local sales growth, develop and implement business strategies, and drive new business growth in the oil and gas industry. The role involves managing relationships with clients, developing new services and products, and collaborating with other business lines to achieve company goals.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing sales and operating budgets, evaluating business performance, and leading project proposal submissions. They will also be expected to monitor market trends, analyze client activity, and develop strategic business plans to grow the business.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering or Science, minimum 10 years of experience in related business activity, and 5 years of management experience with full P&L responsibility. They should also have experience in strategic marketing, sales, and operation, as well as leadership competencies such as innovation, strategic thinking, and people management.
