Business Development Representative – Financial Sales

Shamrock Trading Corporation is seeking a Business Development Representative to support and manage new and existing accounts for RTS Financial. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a dynamic, ambitious and outgoing personality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, and/or 2+ years of customer service or account management experience
• Excellent computer skills (Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite)
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Critical thinking and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
