Role Overview
Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is a leader in flooring and other surface solutions. The Territory Sales Manager works to maintain and grow sales of Shaw Floors brand of Soft and Hard Surface flooring products in Saskatchewan, Canada. They develop relationships with specialty retail flooring dealer customers and implement major market programs to drive business growth.
What You Will Do
Daily sales calls on existing customers, presenting products to retail dealers and end-users, and analyzing leads. Continually prospect for new accounts, implement market programs, and analyze sales statistics to formulate goals and promote sales.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Ideal candidate has 1+ year of sales experience, ability to communicate with diverse customers, and physically able to assemble and take down display fixtures. Preferred candidates have 2+ years of retail sales experience in flooring or home décor, and B2B experience.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1+ year of sales experience
- Ability to communicate with diverse customers
- Ability to use a laptop computer and basic Microsoft Windows software
- Physically able to assemble and take down display fixtures
- Valid driver’s license
