Join our team as an Indirect Channel Account Manager and be part of the accelerated growth in the Consumer Industry, inspiring and motivating distributors and their customers to deliver business plans and achieve sales targets. As a HERO of Shell India’s success, you will be responsible for leading from the front, developing profitable business, and providing consultation to distributors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 5-6 years of experience selling B2C products
  • Significant Sales experience with proven success in developing profitable business, preferably with Channel and Customers
  • Previous Distributor/ Indirect Management experience is necessary
  • Demonstrated ability to provide consultation to Distributor(s)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and constructive relationship with Distributor
