Data Analyst, Supply

Role Overview

The Data Analyst will build and maintain core data tables and models across the partner (worker) success, marketplace, and supply team to directly drive and increase fill rate and fulfillment quality across the company.

What You Will Do

The Data Analyst will scale the Supply Model, investigate and diagnose data anomalies, and build and maintain BigQuery analyses and core data tables that support day-to-day operational decisions.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in analytics, data science, data engineering, quantitative operations, or a similar analytical role
• Highly comfortable with SQL and able to work through complex queries
• Comfortable in Python (pandas, notebooks) for analysis and modeling, and experience working with DBT or capable of quickly learning it
• Problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn an ambiguous question into a structured investigation and find the root cause
• Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analyses or investigations simply
• High ownership and self-direction, with the ability to take a loosely defined problem and drive it through to a solution
• Highly organized, with the ability to think in systems and process, prioritize ruthlessly, and feel organization is second nature
