We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to lead strategic growth and partnership initiatives for our Specialist Oncology Hospital in Lekki. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in healthcare business development, deep understanding of the oncology landscape, and the ability to drive measurable revenue growth through client acquisition, partnerships, and patient engagement.
Requirements
- Develop and execute actionable business growth strategies to achieve 70 million in monthly revenue and 50 new patients per month.
- Drive at least 75 chemotherapy sessions monthly through effective patient engagement and referral partnerships.
- Identify, negotiate, and maintain partnerships with HMOs, NGOs, corporate organizations, and government health programs.
- Secure a minimum of 5 major partnership contracts per quarter and grow patient referrals by at least 20%.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends within the oncology and healthcare ecosystem.
- Design and implement targeted B2B and B2C marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and patient inflow.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks to potential partners and clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Track and report performance metrics, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Support the development and promotion of new oncology-related services and innovations.
