Role Overview
We’re looking for a Key Account/Business Development Manager to join our Indoor End User team in Sweden. As a Key Account/Business Development Manager you will be responsible for growing partnerships with large office developers and ecosystem partners in the Stockholm region.
What You Will Do
Build and grow senior-level relationships with end users, specifiers, and consultants, with a strong focus on large developers and complex projects in the Stockholm region. Drive specification and early project influence by positioning Signify’s differentiated value propositions with end users and consultants.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will own and expand strategically important key accounts, with the ambition to make Signify the preferred partner for smart lighting. Work closely with internal stakeholders to shape business cases, evaluate opportunities, and decide where Signify should invest to win.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of senior, consultative sales or business development experience
- Proven ability to build and leverage a strong professional network
- Demonstrated experience working with long sales cycles
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Business mindset with resilience and maturity
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Native Swedish speaker and fluent in English
