Role Overview
The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading marketing planning, coordination, and activation across the Automotive & Industry business in the United States. This role drives alignment between Global Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Distribution partners, and Digital Operations to ensure marketing initiatives support strategic business priorities, accelerate growth opportunities, and strengthen market leadership.

The position serves as the central point of coordination for marketing communication strategy execution, campaign activation, content deployment, and performance measurement. By leveraging global resources, scaling best practices, and optimizing marketing investments, the Marketing Manager ensures efficient execution and measurable business impact across customer segments and channels.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, preferably in automotive, industrial, manufacturing, construction, chemicals, or related technical industries
- Experience using project management tools, such as Trello, Jira, Asana, Workfront, or other similar platforms
- Proven track record developing and executing integrated marketing, demand generation, customer activation, product launch, and growth strategies
- Strong cross-functional leadership experience partnering with Sales, Product Management, Channel Management, and business leaders in global/matrixed environments
- Experience managing marketing budgets, agencies, resources, and multiple priorities
- Strong digital marketing, CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and campaign optimization skills; experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe Marketo Engage, Pardot, or similar platforms preferred
- Data-driven, strategic, customer-focused thinker with strong communication, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence without direct authority and translate business objectives into measurable marketing outcomes
- Experience with product commercialization, distribution channels, specification-driven selling, or technical B2B markets preferred
