Product Operations Lead

Role Overview

Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to shape process decisions, facilitating ceremonies, estimation practices, and review/approval flows. Work alongside leadership and teams to drive process improvements, bringing structure, facilitation, and follow-through to conversations.

What You Will Do

Evaluate and evolve working ceremonies, facilitate retros and similar sessions, propose structural improvements, and help guide adjustments collaboratively as needs change. Partner with Engineering and Product leadership to shape a shared estimation approach, bring historical data into planning conversations, and help design a clearer intake process.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in product management/operations, program/project management, or a similar process-facilitation role within a product/engineering organization
• Experience facilitating agile ceremonies, estimation practices, or review/approval conversations
• A natural collaborator, comfortable working across Product, Design, and Engineering without formal authority over any of them
• Comfortable working with product/engineering tooling (Jira, Airfocus, Asana, or similar) to support team-agreed processes
• Strong listener and systems thinker who can help a group reach consensus rather than pushing a predetermined answer
• Comfortable operating in a regulated, clinical, or enterprise B2B environment (healthcare or health IT strongly preferred)
