The Sales Operations Specialist is a key operational role that sits across Sales, Customer Success, and Fulfillment. This candidate will own the systems, processes, and data that move a SmartLab from signed proposal to delivered product.
Requirements
- 3 or more years in sales operations, revenue operations, or a closely related role
- Hands-on Salesforce experience working with objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, or reporting
- Demonstrated experience supporting proposals, pricing, product configuration, RFP responses, or order processing
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams
