Role Overview

The Staff Product Manager will lead the Ad Marketplace team and develop the strategy for Spotlight monetization and marketplace growth, balancing user engagement, content ecosystem health, advertiser value, and Snap’s business objectives.

What You Will Do

The role involves owning the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution for Spotlight monetization, developing the Marketplace growth strategy, and assessing the direct and downstream Marketplace impact of proposed product changes.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 8+ years of experience in consumer, digital advertising products, or marketplace products

  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-quarter initiatives
  • Proven ability to influence and align executives and cross-functional leaders
