Role Overview
The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating lead generation content, promotional strategy, agency lead generation ads, newsletter ads, case studies and testimonials, organic social management, and lead reporting. The role requires experience in content marketing, ideally in an agency, B2B or e-commerce environment.
What You Will Do
The Content Marketing Manager will lead generation content, build a clear promotional plan, create promotional material, ideate and create video and static content for paid ads, and track the leads generated by their work.

Requirements
- Experience in content marketing, ideally in an agency, B2B or e-commerce environment.
- A portfolio showing both written and video content, including work designed to generate leads.
- Clear examples of content strategy executed, with evidence of the impact it had on the business — not just the output itself.
- Experience in B2B lead generation and content designed to drive top-of-funnel reach — getting more of the right eyeballs on a business.
- Ideally, some experience creating or briefing ad content for a B2B audience, alongside larger, ‘hero’ content pieces.
- Experience creating or briefing paid social creative (static and video).
- Comfort with basic lead tracking and reporting, and happiness to be judged on the numbers.
- Excellent written communication, with the ability to adapt your tone for different audiences and formats.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate content with busy colleagues and clients.
- Confidence using a CMS (Webflow a bonus) and scheduling tools.
- Basic video editing and design skills are a strong advantage.
- A genuine interest in marketing and e-commerce.
- Full ownership of your successes and failures, with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to see the bigger picture.
