Requirements

• Liase with Strategy & Corporate Development team members to coordinate due diligence activities
• Lead and own global cross-functional due diligence processes for in-licensing, out-licensing, distribution, and M&A opportunities
• Establish and maintain internal and external due diligence database activities on assigned projects
• Support agenda development, meeting management, and content support for business development lead
• Ability to be strategic and prioritize key projects to deliver with optimal impact
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to lead, influence, and manage cross-functional projects and teams with multiple diverse stakeholders
• Strong strategic and analytical skills with the capability to appropriately define, frame, and summarize issues, questions, and data
