Role Overview

Join our Central Analytics team to build high-quality data marts, tools, and AI-powered workflows that shape player experience and drive game growth. You’ll work alongside talented and experienced Analytics Engineers, partnering closely with game and marketing analysts to deliver solutions that make a real difference.

What You Will Do

Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support experimentation and model feature engineering across large-scale player datasets. Design, build, and maintain cross-game data marts, providing clean and transformed data ready for Analysts to use.

Requirements

• A bachelor degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, Maths, Statistics or Physics)
• Advanced SQL skills, including experience with CTEs, query optimization, and large-scale data warehouses
• Advanced experience building and maintaining data pipelines in production environments, using tools such as Airflow, Docker, S3, and CI/CD workflows
• Advanced experience in Python for developing production-level data analytics solutions
• Basic to intermediate experience integrating LLMs or working with generative AI tools and workflows
• A collaborative team player who builds trust, communicates openly, and contributes to shared success
• A fast learner who is proactive and comfortable working with ambiguity
• Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy and high-quality outcomes
• Pragmatic, with the ability to balance short-term delivery needs with long-term technical quality
