Direct Mail Marketing Manager (Contract)

Role Overview

SoFi is seeking a Direct Mail Marketing Manager for a one-year contract to manage the end-to-end direct mail creative process for the SoFi Credit Card product. The role will also analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations to optimize future direct mail strategies and creative.

What You Will Do

The role owns four core areas of responsibility: creative strategy & planning, campaign & production management, compliance, quality & operations, and performance, insights & competitive intelligence.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of project management experience, preferably supporting direct mail or other marketing campaigns within financial services or another highly regulated industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of project management experience
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to execute complex, multi-channel campaigns and operational initiatives
  • Experience managing high-volume direct mail, CRM, lifecycle, or integrated marketing creative execution
  • Strong project and production management skills
  • Highly proficient in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Gmail, and Calendar, Tableau, Snowflake
  • Strong understanding of creative development, production, version control, review/approval processes, and vendor management
  • Experience working directly with Legal, Compliance, Creative, Marketing, Analytics, Data, and external production vendors
