Role Overview

The Private Events and Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales, event planning, and management of events operations. This role requires exceptional events and sales experience, with a focus on delivering high-quality events and meeting financial targets.

What You Will Do

Identify market needs, develop new business opportunities, and work closely with clients to create bespoke events. Manage event bookings, follow up on event details, and ensure billing and invoicing processes are handled correctly.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Tripleseat software
  • Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, InDesign, Adobe software
  • Flexible schedule including days shifts, evening shift, holidays, and weekends
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Sophisticated communicator with high standards of performance
  • Proven operational F&B, sales and events experience and management skills
