Role Overview

The Senior Field Marketing Manager serves as the organization’s field marketing subject matter expert, bringing strategic marketing expertise directly to customers and collaborating closely with Key Account Managers and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
• 5–7+ years of experience in healthcare, medical, B2B, or B2B2C marketing
• Demonstrated success managing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaign
• Experience supporting healthcare practices, healthcare organizations, or provider groups
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to use data and performance insights to guide marketing decisions
• Marketing consulting and advisory skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, common marketing technology platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and digital marketing analytics
