Role Overview
The Sales Ops Business Specialist will be a key piece in ensuring the execution of RD Station’s revenue strategy, working with in-depth analyses, strategic projects, and initiatives that directly impact the company’s growth and profitability.
What You Will Do
Develop recurring operational and business performance reports, perform in-depth analyses of large volumes of data, develop and support strategic initiatives for improving operational performance and results, and transform analyses into insights and strategic recommendations.

Requirements
- Academic background in Engineering, Administration, Statistics, Economics, or related fields

- Solid experience with indicator analysis, financial modeling, and result projections
- Ability to communicate analyses and recommendations clearly and strategically, interacting with different stakeholders and levels of the organization
