Role Overview
The Company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Global Sales Onboarding to join the Sales Learning & Development team within the People organization. This role will serve as a key program lead for ASCEND, Snap’s global in-person Sales Onboarding experience, coordinating the people, content, operations, and cross-functional partners required to deliver a high-quality and consistent experience for new sellers around the world.
What You Will Do
The Senior Specialist will own the day-to-day orchestration of a complex global program, from cohort planning and stakeholder coordination to facilitator readiness, participant experience, delivery, and measurement.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, Program Management, Sales Operations, Sales, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience owning or managing complex, high-visibility programs from planning through execution and measurement
- Experience working in highly cross-functional environments and coordinating stakeholders across multiple functions
- Experience developing and/or delivering learning experiences in a professional environment
- Strong project management experience with the ability to reprioritize quickly and deliver against firm deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant professional experience
