Role Overview
Sourcegraph is a code intelligence platform that empowers developers to navigate, understand, and operate on massive, complex codebases. The Regional Sales Director will lead a new business AE team, build pipeline, and close net new logos in the enterprise space.
What You Will Do
The Regional Sales Director will own enterprise outbound, coach AEs, and step into deals when the team needs it. They will also develop an action plan to achieve key priorities, run regular pipeline reviews, and hold the team accountable to activity goals.
