Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience leading a sales team or in successful sales leadership roles
- Proven ability to cultivate high-level relationships with key decision-makers
- Skilled in leading change management initiatives
- Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving capabilities
- Self-motivated and proactive with a drive for results
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with direct reports and across the organization
- Effective time management skills with a keen attention to detail, capable of handling competing priorities and deliverables
- Valid driver’s license with a minimum of three years of driving experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite/Office
