Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The Financial Analyst will assist the AR–Cash Global Senior Manager and Directors of Credit & Collections with analyses of all reserve, DSO, delinquent AR, and cash collections models for all divisions of S&P Global. The role requires a good understanding of accounting and revenue recognition concepts.

What You Will Do

Perform analysis and provide senior management with final monthly results for DSO, delinquent AR, and cash collections. Perform analysis and provide senior management with final monthly results for reserves. Support the Finance and Collections teams in consolidating, analyzing, and reporting revenue data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in OTC required (cash applications experience will be an added advantage)
• College-level accounting degree preferred
• At least some experience working with SAP, HighRadius, Oracle Fusion, Salesforce CPQ, and PIMS preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, with advanced-level Excel and Access skills
