Data Analyst

Role Overview

The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) is seeking a Data Analyst to support the development and maintenance of the Enterprise Service Performance Dashboard. The role involves analyzing user feedback, designing and developing new features, and updating the dashboard with new/updated KPIs.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will analyze user feedback, design and develop new features to enhance the dashboard’s usefulness, update the dashboard with new/updated KPIs, and update the “As-built” documentation to reflect the newly implemented features and changes.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience as a UX Designer, Data Analyst, or Data Scientist, with expertise in data visualization tools, SQL, relational databases, and API building. They should also have excellent communication skills and experience in writing technical documentation and user manuals.

Requirements

• Relevant degree at a nationally recognized/certified University
• 3 years post-related experience in UX Design, Data Analysis, or Data Science
• Experience with Python, data visualization tools (Power BI), SQL, relational databases (SQL Server), and API building
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools (Apache NIFI), KPIs, UX/UI Design, and monitoring tools
• Excellent communication skills and experience in writing technical documentation and user manuals
