Operations Data Analyst

Role Overview

Splash Financial is seeking an Operations Data Analyst who loves using data to solve problems and drive real business impact. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, eager to connect data to real-world outcomes, enjoys collaborating across teams, and is curious about finding better ways of doing things.

What You Will Do

Analyze servicing and collections performance along with application funnels and contact-center metrics. Build and maintain automated reports and data files for our lending partners, investors, and vendors, working with your manager to map partner requirements to our data and deliver on time.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role
• Strong SQL skills and experience building and maintaining data models
• Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI)
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
• Ability to manage your own workload and deliver projects on time with minimal direction
• Experience working with AI/ML tools or implementing AI-driven solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
